- Where can I find information about your rooms?
- Do you offer specials or discounts? We offer the lowest rates through our website at www.h2osuites.com, and exclusive promotions and packages are solely accessible on our site. Periodically, we extend special offers to our patrons who follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and register on our website to receive exclusive deals via email.
- How many people can stay in a room? We have a max occupancy of 2 people per room.
- Are children allowed? No. We are an exclusively all-adults hotel.
- What is the minimum age required to make a reservation? All registered guests must be at least 25 years of age.
- Are you pet friendly? No, we are not pet friendly.
- Do you have a resort fee? A daily resort fee of $40.00 plus tax is assessed on all reservations. The daily resort fee includes all of the following amenities:
- Welcome beverage at check-in.
- Beach services at the Southernmost Beach including chairs, towels and umbrella for our guests.
- Nightly turndown service with local fresh baked muffins, chocolates and mini Dove ice cream bars.
- Exclusive daily happy hour at the rooftop pool bar with lite bites.
- Two complimentary beverages at Tipsy Rooster Bar
- Souvenir gift at check-out
- Bottled water
- High-Speed Wi-Fi
- Concierge services
- Are taxes included in rates? Once you have selected your room of choice, taxes will be calculated and displayed in the total cost.
- Why do you need my credit card details? When booking your reservation, a credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. A deposit for the total balance of the first night’s charge plus applicable taxes and fees is processed at the time of booking.
- What types of cards do you accept? Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are all accepted as a method of payment.
- Will I be refunded if I cancel my booking? The applicable cancellation policy will depend on the dates of travel and reservation type booked. Non-refundable reservations cannot be cancelled without penalty. Flexible reservations can reflect either 14-day standard policies or 30-day cancellation policies if booked under specified Unique Event dates. Please check your confirmation for your applicable cancellation policy.
- Can I book a hotel room by telephone or online? We are pleased to provide both online reservations through our website, www.h2osuites.com or via phone. Explore the website to discover the best available rates, special deals, and packages, along with detailed information about the hotel and its amenities. - I have booked but I did not receive a confirmation by email. What do I have to do? The most common reason for not getting a confirmation email is typing your email address incorrectly. Therefore, please double check your email address before finalizing your reservation. In some cases, our confirmation email may end up in your "spam folder". If you do not receive an email after you have made a booking, please send an email with your booking number and details to [email protected].
- What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel? Check-in begins at 4:00pm. Check-out is at 11am.
- How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time? Early check-in or late-checkout cannot be guaranteed, but we advise you to contact the hotel via email ([email protected]) or call us directly at 305-296-3432 for requests.
- I will be arriving late in the evening at the hotel. Can I still check-in? If you plan on checking in after 11pm, we advise that you to contact the hotel at [email protected] or to contact the property directly at 305-296-3432.
- Do you have any food or a restaurant at the hotel? While we do not have a restaurant on-site, we are centrally located to many restaurants within a few blocks. At H2o Suites, our accommodations boast fully equipped mini bars, complete with snacks, while our rooftop pool bar serves complimentary light bites. Furthermore, we extend daily delivery of freshly baked muffins to your room for breakfast as well as nightly sweet treats, including mini Dove ice cream bars and chocolates, during our turndown service.
- Does the hotel have parking facilities? Yes, guest parking is available for an additional nightly fee of $20.00 plus tax. A maximum of one parking permit is issued per reservation. All vehicles parked onsite must be registered or will be towed at the owner’s expense.
- What are your rooftop pool hours? Our rooftop pool is open daily from dawn until dusk.
- Are the plunge pools at the resort heated? Our plunge pools are heated and maintained at a comfortable temperature.
- Is there a fitness center? Yes. Our modern fitness center is fully equipped to facilitate a comprehensive full-body workout, furnished with a Cybex elliptical, treadmill, fitness trainer, dumbbells, and yoga accessories and mats for your convenience.
- How can I book activities? Our concierge can assist with checking availability and booking many of the activities available in Key West. Please email us at [email protected] to find out more.
- Do you offer accommodation for the physically challenged? We do offer ADA accessible suites. Please see www.h2osuites.com/accessibility and contact the hotel directly if you require accessible accommodations so that your booking can be reserved accordingly.
- Is there an elevator at the hotel? An onsite elevator provides access to the second-floor fitness center and the third-floor rooftop pool and bar. All second-floor guest room suites require stair access to enter.
- How far is the nearest beach? The nearest beach is the Southernmost Beach, located approximately 2 blocks (0.2 miles) from the hotel. Our guests receive beach services at the Southernmost Beach that include chairs, towels and umbrellas. Please make sure to stop by the front desk for more details on our beach services.
- What airports are nearby? H2O Suites is located approximately 3.2 miles from Key West International Airport.
- Do you have airport transfers available? Airport transfers are not available through the hotel. Available transportation options from the airport include Uber, Lyft, and taxi service.
