Just recently stayed at the H2O Suites hotel...It was incredible...I have been to Key West over 30 times and this was by far the nicest hotel I have stayed. The rooms were impeccably cleaned. Service was always with a smile. Alex the bartender was excellent. The happy hours were a plus...The plunge pool was great.... Thanks for a great time. Sterling C

Booked this hotel for the first vacation in four years. Without a doubt one of the best. Room, service, concierge, etc. is top quality. The rooftop pool can be a little too warm in august. But the service is exceptional at all facets of the facility. The private pool in your room though is a great place too cool off. Buy a couple of floaties and lay out in your private pool and take a nap in the afternoon. Muffins in the morning were great. Shout out too Sean, Jason, Jodi and the rest of the staff. Sorry cannot remember everyone's name. Just exceptional service

I forgot my passport and 4 jewelry in the safe case. The front desk guy (named Tony Mendez I remember) was very patient and found my passport and 2 of the 4 jewelry 1hr after we left. Because of new guest moving in, we can't go in and look for the other 2. We had to left key west due to the travel plan. They found those 2 jewelry next day and mailing them to us. Very patient and helpful service

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend. The hotel staff was friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. We had fresh muffins every morning and ice cream bars every evening. There is even an ice machine in our suite. The showers is big enough for two 😉 and the water was always warm. The beds and linens were so comfortable, I slept so good while we were there. The pool on the 3rd floor has a beautiful view and was quiet. We were a block off of Duval so we could walk anywhere we wanted, we get safe and had a wonderful time. The pool outside our room was chilly but after walking around in the heat it get so good. Our little patio was private and all the foliage made it feel like a little oasis
