Fort Zachary Taylor, constructed in the mid-1800s as one of a series of strategic defensive forts, today stands sentinel over Key West's favorite family-friendly beach. Prices -

$6.00 per vehicle, limit 2-8 people per vehicle. $2.00 for pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers in vehicle with Annual Individual Entrance Pass. $4.00 for single-occupant vehicles or motorcycles. Each person subject to an additional $.50 Monroe County surcharge.

Hours -

 The park is open 365 days per year from 8:00 a.m. to sunset. The fort closes at 5:00 p.m. daily.
